We offer over 200 bourbons, ryes, and whiskeys from America, Scotland, Ireland, and Japan. If whiskey tasting is relatively a new experience for you, or you are still trying to learn what whiskey flavor profiles are your favorite, try a whiskey flight! We offer over 40 whiskey flights designed to showcase a specific distiller, country, or region of whiskey production. Our flights are designed to offer multiple price points for enhanced levels of whiskey tasting sophistication. It takes time to train your taste palate to appreciate whiskeys with older barrel age statements or enhanced cask aging. Therefore, we offer four levels of flight tasting: Novice, Enthusiast, Collector, and Connoisseur. Each have average age statements of 10, 12, 15, or 20 years of barrel aging. All pours are a 1/2 oz each (a standard pour is 1.5 oz). Some flights will change over time as demand and supply allows. Sorry no guest substitutions.

We also offer over 80 botanicals, cordials, and tequilas and a menu of two dozen hand-crafted cocktails, along with 35 micro-brewery beers on tap and 20 wines by the glass. We’d love to hear your feedback – we want to be the best whiskey bar in Austin!
